Bonnie Berg is a type rated commercial pilot and multi-engine/instrument flight instructor. She has been with Rockwell Collins for nine years, working in training and various business development roles for both government and business aircraft. With a degree in business from the University of Wisconsin and a masters in Human Factors she blends the demands of new product and system design with her love for flying. Currently, Bonnie works as Rockwell Collins Pro Line Avionics Marketing Manager.
Mitch Bernstein is a former airline and corporate pilot, holding 5 typing ratings including the 747 and HS-125. He has flown to many different parts of the world, from remote locations in Haiti, to the sprawling New York Metropolitan area. With a degree in Economics, he now combines the challenge of business with his passion for aviation. As a Marketing Manager, he markets and develops products that serve the needs of the business aviation community.
Aaron Child is responsible for marketing business aviation avionics in the regions of Europe, Middle East, and Africa. He has been working for Rockwell Collins for over 14 years. Having graduated from Kettering University with a degree in Electrical Engineering, he has worked in manufacturing, product development, and systems engineering roles prior to joining the marketing team.
Vinicius Freitas is the regional sales manager for Rockwell Collins ARINCDirect flight support services in Brazil. He has been in the telecommunications and sales area of business aviation for over seven years. His particular area of expertise is satellite and connectivity technologies. Vinicius has a degree in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in networks and telecommunication systems. Every day he strives to build and maintain long term relationships, while working to understand customers’ needs.
Ben Gambrell manages the business aviation marketing activities in Canada and Latin America. Ben is a 1997 graduate of LeTourneau University’s Aviation Technology program. Prior to joining the Rockwell Collins team in October of 2014, Ben spent several years working as an A&P technician and CFII, including time living and working in South America. He currently resides in northwest Ohio with his wife, Becky, and four lively children.
James Hardie is responsible for Rockwell Collins ARINCDirect services in Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA), based in the UK. ARINCDirect was established in the USA in 2003 to provide direct access for business jet operators to ARINC communication services. Additional services, such as flight planning, were quickly established and continue to be developed. He took responsibility for the ARINCDirect business development in EMEA in early 2006 and has worked with various flight departments across the region providing and developing products and services to meet their needs. Now part of the Rockwell Collins IMS business unit, he has worked for ARINC for over 14 years and has been involved in various projects related to airline and business aircraft operations and communications. He also has a background as a pilot with a CPL(A) and military helicopter experience.
Rob Myhlhousen is a member of the Rockwell Collins marketing team based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. His responsibilities include ADS-B Out mandate marketing along with other aftermarket initiatives in business and regional aviation. Rob joined Rockwell Collins in 2005 as an intern while studying finance at the University of Iowa and has held various position in marketing and strategic development. He recently completed his MBA degree at Loras College. Rob is also a private pilot.
Audrey Ndengue has been a member of the ARINCDirectSM team since November 2011. Originally from Ivory Coast and Cameroon, Audrey moved to the U.S. from France in 2011 and came to ARINCDirect after obtaining her master’s degree in telecommunications and networking from the University of Bretagne Occidentale in Brest, France, working in the satellite industry. During her tenure with ARINCDirect, Audrey has become a subject matter expert on the most complicated components of ARINCDirect Cabin Services.
Craig S. Olson is vice president and general manager of Business and Regional Systems for Rockwell Collins, a position he was appointed to in January 2014. In this role, his responsibilities include business area growth, strategic planning, customer satisfaction, profit and loss, and advanced product development program performance for the Business and Regional Systems unit of Commercial Systems.Craig has been with Rockwell Collins since 1986.
Christian Renneissen started his career in aviation in Airport Management in his home country of Germany. He is an FAA licensed dispatcher, and after flight planning MD-11 and DC-10 for a cargo airline, joined Rockwell Collins ARINCDirect in 2005, where he served as the supervisor for International Trip Planning. Christian now trains customers on the features of the Rockwell Collins ARINCDirect Flight Planning product and iPad App. Christian specializes in FANS CPDLC and is part of the Data Comm Implementation Team, comprised of industry representatives advising the FAA on the operational challenges our industry is facing.
Erin Santiago started her career with Rockwell Collins ARINCDirect over nine years ago as a Flight Coordinator with the International Trip Planning Services department. In early 2013, Erin transitioned to the Implementation and Technical Support Team as the lead for FANS CPDLC Testing and Technical Support where she provides training, troubleshooting and technical support for FANS CPDLC, ADS-C and DCL related issues. Prior to working with Rockwell Collins, Erin served in the United States Navy as an air traffic controller at Naval Air Station Barbers Point, Hawaii, and Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. She also worked as an air traffic controller for the Federal Aviation Administration at New York Approach Control and Andrews Air Force Base, home of Air Force One.
Dean Schwab is principal manager of HGS Flight Operations / Technical and Regulatory Affairs for Rockwell Collins Head-Up Guidance Systems (HGS). He has been with Rockwell Collins for seventeen years overseeing HGS Flight Operations and Technical/Regulatory. He works supporting the airline and business/regional flight departments, OEM All Weather Operations advisory support, participating in industry working groups as a Head-Up Display expert and provides engineering operational review of HGS/HUD systems for Rockwell Collins Head-Up Guidance Systems. In addition, Dean supports and advises regulatory agencies worldwide in developing HUD operating procedures, minima, training and proof-of-concept for new HUD procedures.Dean’s previous 20 years in the aviation industry were in airline flight operations and leading flight operations training and flight technical.
Rick Snider has over 20 years of experience in aviation. He served in the United States Marine Corps for five years as an aerial navigator on board C-130 aircraft, visiting five continents in that time. His duties involved him in all phases of flight planning and execution, from pre-trip planning and analysis through in-flight execution to post-trip administration. After his honorable discharge from the Marine Corps, he obtained his FAA dispatch license and began working in the international operations group of Air Routing International in Houston, Texas. In his current role as senior manager of contracts and compliance at Rockwell Collins, he leads the ARINCDirect Regulatory Support group that provides clients with solutions for various regulatory programs, both domestic and international. He is an active member of the NBAA Security Council which works with regulators to address the needs of business aviation while still meeting security needs. Mr. Snider is a frequent speaker at industry events, speaking on a variety of regulatory issues that affect business aviation.
Michelle Torres is the Latin America regional manager of Airport Service Providers for Rockwell Collins ARINCDirect International Trip Support. She is responsible for managing vendor relations, along with continually searching for new and innovative ways to cultivate and promote business growth in the region. Ever since she was a child, Michelle has had an interest in airplanes, but it wasn’t until she was traveling the world as an International Cabin Services manager onboard 747s and 767s that she knew she’d found her passion. She holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Marketing, and is pursuing her Master’s degree in International Business. She is also a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and is trilingual, speaking English, Spanish and Portuguese.
